Comments:
Still only using one radio, was doing good until about 3 hours into the contest
and then there was QRN on all the bands. Lightening/rain storm passed through
the area and I had to give it up.
I restarted again after 3 hours and 20 minutes and worked until the end. I
know I lost 1 hour and 20 minutes of good contacts and probably all 3 hours and
20 min, because the last 2 hours there are not as many stations on and I think I
could have made many more contacts on 10 and 15 meters while the storm went
through.
I did have a good time though and made my first RTTY Contest contact with North
Dakota. I didn't find any South Dakota stations to work this time.
