Comments:

The Oswego (NY) County Emergency Communicators (RACES) and the Fulton ARC got
together  for FD in Scriba, NY.  19 participants, no waiting.  Some fun. 
Weather was M-U-C-H better than the forecast indicated (no time off for
lightning) and the bands were in pretty good shape.  It was especially nice to
hear 10 meters perking up.

C'mon sunspots...
