That hurt the ears! Huge CA (only) signals on 20 for the first few minutes.
Heard others, but only in the background. 40 was good and should have stayed
there longer as it turned out. 80 was really tough with many calls required due
to massive QRN. Never did get through the noise on 160. Too much time spent
chasing the impossible dream of one more mult!
Tonight I really could have used the second radio, but it's in the van all
ready for the trip to Missouri on Saturday and Sunday (April 5-6) for the
Missouri QSO Party. Fun starts at 1:00pm CDT both days, and I'll be running 28
counties with Steve, K0OU. Look us up if you get the chance .. we'll even try a
bit of Multi-2 at the county line stops. Route details on my QRZ listing.
