Comments:
Missed first 4 minutes, late getting home from a band rehearsal. Then was
afflicted with K6VVA's fumble-finger syndrome (FFS) for the next 10 minutes,
finally got in the grove toward the end. Called many more on 160m (K9BGL,
N4AF, N4OX, N9CK, W0BH....), but got beat out by closer stations - did get
W9RE. Low bands got noisy toward the end. 20m showing signs of life, can only
get better.
On the 3610 post-NS net, I polled the troops about the idea of having a SSB NS
on the Thursday before WPX SSB (Mar.28 UTC - an off week for NSLadder), as a
warm-up for that contest. Nearly unanimous vote to do it. Watch for
announcement on CQ-Contest, etc.
