Comments:
QRP and low dipoles. I was recently surprised with a piece of paper that said I
actually WON this category in SCV section last year - as the only entry! At
least this year I really worked for any place I might earn! Big THANKS to
those who struggled to dig out the peanut whistle sig!!!
