Comments:
This was a very unusual night. 20 meters very long and poor. Only the few W6/W7s
heard here and worked. Went to 40 earlier than usual (0237. Seemed like it might
be a smart move. Heard a number of stations, although most were very weak here.
Managed a decent rate. Then moved to 80-also earlier than usual. Othere than a
couple of loud signals, it was very tough sledding on this band too. So I
figured 160 would surely be good and lots of stations...but alas, K9BGL and
N9NB (TX) were the only 2 Qs I managed.
Seemed like not as much activity as usual. And the propagation sure didn't
help. Still fun, but more fun when I can hit the high 40s or 50 inithe Qs.
