Comments:
QRP portable from lake cabin in Chippewa County, WI. Wires in the trees -- 80M
inv vee, 40M dipole, 20M dipole. Too much work threading wires through the tree
branches!
20M was unusually difficult for my 5W and wire, but 40 and 80 were quite good
through the night, +/- QRN. 15M openings were limited, as expected.
Made one SSB QSO -- the OX3, who was the only one who heard me out of more than
a dozen stations I called on 20M. I stuck to CW after that -- will have digital
mode available next year!
