Comments:
Thanks to everyone for the QSO'S. The conditions indicated we are at the cycle
bottom and the good news is once you're in the pits, you can only go up!!
Mother Nature provided strong winds to Northern San Diego creating S Meter
readings of at least a nine-noise level on all bands to insure weak signals
could not be heard. The over all result was a score 33% lower than last year.
Anyway enough whining, see everyone in the next one.
