SO1R Part time effort, just for the fun...
Had not seen 40m in so bad shape for quite some time - even US big guns had
barely readable signals at the end of round 2; I went to bed b4 the end !
A bit of E's on 10/15, but overall condx extremely poor and rather low
participation from Scandinavia (or maybe just the condx...).
