Comments:
My off time was not optimum because of a prior commitment that took me off the
air from 1900z to 2030z and I was afraid that I probably missed some mults on
10/15 because of the long break.
Bands were strange with n/s openings on 10/15/20 to Central America and South
America. I'm sure this is the most na mults I have ever worked in a NAQP. It
was hard (and sometimes I didn't do it) to recognize that an FM and HH are
mults in this contest because we are geared to states/provinces.
With 80/160 starting out being so noisy I started to move stations to 80 from
40 before I ever went to 80 thinking it might really be noisy later on but it
actually seemed to get better later on. Anyway thanks for all the moves.
Really could have used some VE4', 5's and 6's think I only worked 3.
Nice to work quite a few newbies and I tried to recognize this fact by saying
'nice to meet you for the first time" or something similiar trying to mildly
encourage them to come back. Also nice to hear more and more yls' operating
this event.
