Well, that was fun to say the least.
Yesterday morning when I got up, it was one of those beautiful, no wind, days
we don't get too often here on the Oregon coast, so the XYL and I decided to
take a drive up the coast. I figured on operating a little in the evening.
When we got home, I figured I'd come down and make 100 Q's and call it a night.
Next thing I knew I had 200 in the log. 100% S&P on this one, looking for
mults. Wish I would have stayed home and contested. Conditions seemed really
good here, and when I crashed at 11:00pm, 20 was still open to Eu.
Lots of good ears on those PT stations. Worked a bunch on 80 and 40 to my
surprise with my peanut whistle station. Would like to have found a list
somewhere of who was operating which station.
Thanks for putting on a great contest and think I'll put this one on the list
next year for a full-time effort.
