Comments:
Well, I finally did it, I checked the SO2R box above!! My TS-850S is working
great from the serial port for keying, and I THOUGHT I had the TS-520S keyed
from the LPT1 port, but miraculously something is wrong and all I get when I
plug the LPT1 into my key jack is a KEY DOWN even with the computer off.
Something is wrong.
So I keyed the TS-520S with my paddles after entering your call, sorry for the
horrible sending on my 80 M Q's (those were radio 2), my brain was mush.
Very very difficult copy with only one ear hearing from each radio the whole
time, I might have to look into ways around this (like a switch or doing
something from the keyboard). It is indeed very difficult (no CW filter on the
TS-520S doesn't help), but I can't give up yet. If I could just key the TS-520S
from the computer that would make life MUCH MUCH easier.
I can't believe Bill (ZFO) is new to SO2R and makes 50 Q's. That is awesome.
CU next week, guys.

NOTE ADDED 4/30: Made new interface for TS-520S, SO2R works fine! REALY! Needed
an interface that can handle grid-block keying, found it in CT manual.
