Very poor conditions to FL. This was almost all a 20M effort, with 1 Q on 15.
Got on for a few minutes Saturday, then spent a few hours on Sunday. Lots of FL
stations on, but seemed to be one-way propagation as I called and called some
guys to no avail.
Signals were either real strong or barely readable, and strangely I had more
luck replying to the weak CQs than some of the stronger signals.
Well done to the mobiles (several times I was trying to get through for a needed
county, but missed out as the rover cross into the next county.) Heard pretty
good pileups today, and some great ops nicely handling the din.
