100 watts to 80m dipole with one side of 300 ohm twin lead acting as a kind of
"L" antenna. Worked just about everything I heard, but strangely, I didn't even
hear a Californian. OK to Arizona and WWA, but nothing from Cal. Always an
interesting contest.
