Comments:
Declining sunspots continue taking a toll, with countries, zones, and Q's all
declining from last year. Saturday morning into Europe was miserable from
western Washington and Sunday was so-so and almost all S&P. (The whole test was
90% S&P.)
One fun moment was S&Ping and hearing a zone 36 work a US station (rats missed
one) then hearing the same station work the next US station up the band. I
quickly jump up 2 KHz and start calling CQ. Bang - zone 36 in the bag as he
answers. :>)
