Comments:
I took Friday afternoon of and installed a second beam up on a second tower. I
was sure a second beam would help a lot. It turns out that 100 beams wouldn't
have helped with the conditions we had. As expected 20m was the workhorse of
the contest. 80 meters was too noisey to get many Qs so my total mults
suffered.
My computer kept hickuping and I would have to hit the escapse key and press the
appropriate F key again. This was frustrating and almost resulted in a keyboard
being embedded in my monitor. I used my off time to troubleshoot it but no
luck. Between computer problems and bad conditions I was very glad when this
test was over. I can't wait to do it again!!!
73 es tnx to all
Jim, AD6WL
