Comments:
These were the worst conditions I can recall in several decades. No 10M or 15M
openings to europe at all, except via screwy paths to the SW and W on Sunday.
Severe QRN on Saturday evening that made it impossible to copy any but the most
potent stations, which we had already worked, on 160/80 & 40M. The noise to the
SW from the new development killed any scatter path signals on 10M to the SE.
Dave had a bad cold and did not spend nearly the usual amount of time in the
chair. This one almost didn't happen. Thanks to Walt for giving us the push to
go for it despite all the problems.
