Comments:

The poor band conditions dampened my enthusiasm early on in this one.  Decided
that QRP was not a good idea and used the whole 100 watts.  DX worked was KV4FZ
and PJ2/WB9Z, who were both louder than all of the east coast stations, and
JH4UYB, JA3YBK and JA5DQH from the other direction.  Interesting that I worked
the same three Japanese stations two years ago in this contest.  Maybe Europe
next year?
