Comments:
I like the idea of this contest (maybe fewer hours would be better)
but the bands were sort of empty. I called CQ for 20 minutes at
one point on 40 late Sunday without a reply. Saturday night I
worked into Europe on 40, but couldn't raise too many stateside.
20 was an absolute disaster. One PA and one station from PA (DX).
I couldn't even hear stations answering CQ's let alone anyone CQ'ing.
As for 80 meters - too many people seemed to ignore 80, just
like last week in the NEQP. I hope this contest picks up steam
in the future. I really think the multi-state QSO party is
the way to go, rather than just one small state at a time.
