Comments:
Conditions were big a surprise. 10 meters much hotter than it has been lately
all day. Guess those flares ended up goosing the ionosphere.
Lost the computers for a hour and a half when CT 990 jumped from #221 to # 2212
and began sending it. Tried to edit it out using B2R9 utility but that just
changed all the serial numbers to 1. Tried deleting the affected QSO's with
FIX_MINE utility, but that made the number skip from 221 to 191. Ended up
entering 30 dupe qso's to get the numbers back in sync. UGH! Didn't lose too
many Q's as Danny just kept on paper logging and hand sending like a trooper
through the whole thing.
Did better than last year but so did the competition. Good job Ray.
Thanks as always to Tom and Phil for hosting our operation.
John, K6AM
