Comments:
Couldn't let SS weekend pass completely without some
operating time, despite the fact I don't have a station
set up right.
Operated stationary QRP/mobile (without the /m on the call)
from a parking lot near my apartment just to see how long
it would take me to get to 50 Qs on just 15M.
I'm glad I operated as late as I did on Sunday (after
2000 UTC), as I missed the flare and the band was hopping
again. But, boy, am I rusty, rusty, rusty as an operator.
Handlogged, with a paddle/keyer that has no memory.
S&P mostly, with a few attempts at calling CQ, which
usually netted someone each time. Thanks for the contacts.
I am already looking forward to operating next year from
the home we are buying...
Kevin, K9IUA
