Comments:
Not only did we have to deal with the K index, but also had thunderstorms over
Southeast Texas all weekend! Almost no propagation to the west. Worked
California and HC8N, but no KH6 or anything else west. No europe heard. Worked
two D4's and heard EA8ZS for about an hour. (He was not hearing US or the
Carrib calling.) VB2C was loud from zone 2 both nights-Thanks! Only got zones
9 and 10 in SA. (Got zones 2-10 plus 35 in AF.)
Used Icom 756PROII + Tentec Titan amp east and west 1/4 wave slopers off a 150'
tower and 4 short Beverages (3 @ 350' NE @ 650')
