Was surprised what could be worked with low power and a decent (for me) antenna.
It is an inverted U (50 feet vertical, 50 feet horizontal and 45 vertical back
down)fed at the base (started out being a L but I misjudged distance between
trees) with a ground rod, 2 1/4 wave radials and 4 1/8 wave radials. This was
the first time I tried this contest and I did what I wanted to do... test the
antenna !
