Team Name: Revenge of the Nerds
Comments: Had fun in SOAABVYLA HP category (That is Single Operator
Almost All Band Very Limited Assisted High Power category). Had to
to work eleven hours in the middle of the contest and had only
tribander as antenna yet still had great time eventhough serious
contesting is even more fun than casual operating. Missed the great
times on 40/80/160 due to lack of lowband antenna here at home. Best
hourly rate was 169 at hour 8 while running EU on 10m.
Equipment: FT1000MP + amp + Cushcraft A3S + cluster
I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations for
amateur radio in my country. My report is correct and true to the
best of my knowledge. I agree to be bound by the decisions of the
CQ Awards Committee.
