First time I've ever played in this one. Too bad that flare came along
and really screwed things up on 10 meters. Missed the first several
hours of the 'test due to work committments, but it must not have
a big deal 'cause I ended up bagging it several hours before
the end due to the low activity levels.
I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations established
for amateur radio in my country. My report is correct and true to the best
of my knowledge. I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
Committee.
