TS870, PA abt 500 Watts, Vertical 15-80m, 2 Ele Yagi 10m abt 7 meters up.
With great conditions, even small antennas work OK. Lots of west coast
signals
on all bands except 80m.
Comments, best Signals outside of W1,2,3 which is always loud:
80m:
K9NS was the loudest western station, followed by NQ4I. K9NS was strong
on all bands.
40m:
W7GG and K7EM both over S9. Their sigs were stronger than some from the east
coast!
Nice to work Montana and Wyoming. Also N2IC and NS0Z were loud.
20m:
Only loud from the west was K7RI and K0RF, NR0X from the mid west. 20 was
not too
good this weekend, maybe everybody was on 10/15.
15m:
First strong west signal was K6LL, other good signals from K2VV, K7ZUM,
NR0X.
Really good signals from N6RO and N7DD, who was really really strong...
10m:
The first from the west who appeared with a good signal was K4VX (who
else..?)
Other strong guys were N0IJ, N2IC, KC7V, N7DF, N7KU who was perhaps a little
louder than the others.
