We fixed the problem with the web-based reflector archives at
www.contesting.com. The affected reflectors were CQ-Contest, 3830, CT-User
and NA-User. There was a stray index file in the root directory for each
archive the made it *appear* that the archives weren't working, but if you
went into the September 1998 archive directly, everything was there. This
stray file was created some time around August 17, so thanks for your
patience in putting up with this glitch for so long. Kudos to Dave KM3T
for spotting the cause of the problem.
