Comments:
Conditions were fair with low QRN on the low bands. My numbers are
down signficantly from August 1997, but I don't think conditions
were quite as good as they were last year.
I'm still using only one radio - my trusty TS 940s, whose transmit
frequency seems to have started jumping around when I'm running
QSK.
