OK.....it's hokey....but it is a real score.
Went into the shack to get my VOM (my tractor wouldn't start and I needed
some hi-tech test equipment) and out of the speaker came "ZL7DK....qrz?"
Quickly looked for a microphone, called and whamo.......no response! Oh
yeah.....no rightward deflection of happy little LED's = no talky.....then
surprisingly "....K7 again please, 59 300". YOW! Later measurements
revealed that I was putting out a whopping 0.1W.
Gotta admit.....the urge was there to jump in and work a bunch but my
trusty Ford was sick and there were fields to plow....
