Comments (read excuses):
Family obligations curtailed most operating time. Only got to operate in
the early afternoon Saturday. The 2.2 hours is quite generous, as my 3.5
year old daughter kept coming down into the shack when she was supposed
to be taking a nap. Worked some contacts with her on my lap.
Propagation seemed weird. 15m was open, but few strong signals. 20m was
more crowded, but sounded the same. 40m had a number of signals, but no
contesters. Had no trouble working everyone I heard. (For you QRO guys
with stacked beams - this is a rare occurance)
Best moment was working VP5JM. Timed my call just right, and snagged the
Q through a moderate pileup. (QRO guys, see the above note)
