Final count 1,182 q's 202 mults score 709,020.
Not enough full time operators for M2 so we fell back into M/S.
Operators: NK7U, K7ZO, W7ZRC, N7BZ
Wow, what crummy conditions! This score is about 60% of last
year's M2 score. The A index of 35 on Sat really wiped things
out. We had a grand total of 1 QSO on 40M into Europe with our
4/4 stack and nothing on 80M with the 3 el yagi @ 190'.
Nothing at all on 10M, but that could be because we did
not have an antenna hooked up yet. Though by CQWW this fall
we should have over 50 elements on 10M spread out over 10
antennas. And now you wonder what we will be doing this summer.
Oh yea, a similar number of elements on 15M will be going up.
Does anyone want to help us build coax baluns?
Really enjoyed the pig farmers on 80M Sat night commenting
on contesters. Even I didn't know we did all those things, wow.
Also my complements to the fellow ham on 20M Sun morning who
recorded my CQ message and played if back in my face at S9+.
Do we get special points for working ourselves! Gives a new
meaning to WAS -- Worked all Self! This is getting to be
ridiculous.
Maybe a longer story later when I get the complete logs
from NK7U. For now see everyone in WPX SSB the end of the month.
