Affiliation: Florida Contest Group (I think the rest of FCG was at the Miami
hamfest...)
I've always liked Sprints because it is different but being in Florida for
this one sucked!
20 was gone before the contest started. K7UP was the lone Q on 20, and he
wasn't too strong.
I had pretty good luck on 40, and did okay on 75.
My time was split as follows:
20 meters: 20 minutes (0000-0020)
40 meters: 2 hours, 10 mins (0020-0230)
80 meters: 1 hour, 30 mins (0230-0400)
40 was rather long but I missed almost of 7-Land still and western Canada.
80 was better, but noisy.
I can't wait until fall sprints, and more daylight and hopes for better 20
meter conditions.
