at 1500 UT was 3, repeat 3. The solar activity for the last 24
hours was very low and the geomagnetic field was quiet to active.
The solar activity for the next 24 hours will be very low and the
geomagnetic field will be quiet to unsettled. In other words, for
those of you out there operating in the WPX contest, conditions are
going to suck!" .... ..
