[Yaesu] Yaesu Standard C5718DA

Hi I have a Yaesu Standard C5718DA  that will not power up. I have
checked to see that the radio does have voltage internally.
This one has all of the controls in the microphone.

I am looking for a owners manual and or a service  manual .  Or any
thing else that I could look for.
