Try telling the program that you the rig is the FT1000MP.
I've used the program for years with no problems(other than owner errors) with
great success.
The FT890AT works fine on one computer, won't work on another computer, and
works fine on the 3rd computer when I tell the program the radio is a FT900.
Computers are all the same (old 486's) and all run Windows 98. On other
logging software, all recognize the radio as the FT890. Don't know why.
