[WriteLog] Rig keys up when WL Boots

Hi and thanks...

 

Just upgraded to Ver 11.18 and it each time it boots the FT-2000 is keyed.

 

I've used WL and an older Microkeyer for years and had no problem like this
before.

 

I've spent a couple of days checking the web and double checking the MK and
WL setup rules, connections to the soundcard, etc.

 

Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction for a fix.
