[WriteLog] Fresh installation

I just renewed my subscription, and I'd like to make a fresh installation of
my full program.

How do I install WL on my Windows 7/64 system in a folder other than Program
Files (x86)?  I tried to do that with the installer but it didn't work.  Do
I have to uninstall the existing installation?
