[WriteLog] Transmit .wav files questions

How to use .wav files????
 
I have wave files, but have not figured out how to tie sound card output and 
comport for p.t.t. for SSB.
 
My FSK (MMTTY) and CW works great.
 
I have 2 ports that I can use for p.t.t.
 
I have a West Mountain USB p&P that works on PSK and Romac CW id'er. Can I use 
that same setup for Writelog .wave file transmit?
