Yes I am using FSK. I set the MMTTY options to what you suggested and it
works.
Using WL all this time and just finding out about this setting.

If you are using FSK, try:
Option | Setup MMTTY | Misc | USB Port | C: Limiting Speed
Make sure you are using PTT from the FSK port (DTR) with FSK and not
WriteLog's PTT.
