[WriteLog] QTC Scoring

If you get a call from a station that would be a "dupe", but he now has 
QTC traffic that they want to pass, here is what I did.  I accept the 
"dupe" situation and take the QTC traffic.  Can I assume that the 
Cabrillo process of scoring will catch this and accept the QTC's but not 
the "dupe" qso with the station?  Correct??
