I had this, too. Reboot after installing the base product before installing
the upgrade. I think something is left running after the initial install
and the upgrade can't replace it because it's running.

Subject: [WriteLog] ComponentMoveData Error message
Hi Everyone,
I've just installed Writelog 10.50 Full on a PIII Dell desktop PC running
Win98SE. When I go to install the 10.55D upgrade I get an error message
"Component Move Data Error Information", then in the box, Media Name :
Media., Error Number - 132.
Anyone get this before and do you know how to get around it?
The main program works fine.
ANy help appreciated,
