[WriteLog] anarts exchange

Dear

While setting up writelog 10.50d for the anarts contest I discover that the
sequence of report input is :
rst zone time

The rules says  rst time zone.

On AA5AU website the examples of messages are also rst zone time.


I think writelog users will use rst zone time, and maybe brand x contestlog
users maybe rst time zone.


Any solutions ?
