Woah! Lou, The exchange requires operator name and state, province or
country, in our case, state.
That's all you need pre-set in the Setup, CW/RTTY/SSB message buffers. The
LOG you submit requires the time and frequency, but assuming your rig is
interfaced via computer to WL, the freq is read and logged by WL, and the
time is read from your computer clock and logged (in Zulu time if you have
the hour offset right).
