You need to supply us with more information.  What SHOULD it be outputting,
i.e. are you sending TxD to the FSK SHIFT pin on the RTTY connector, or are
you using AFSK audio to the audio in pin of the PACKET connector,
microphone, or other audio input?  - John, WA9ALS
