Before this gets out of hand...
KV4FZ is in the US Virgin Islands and as DX does not need a section.
However, it was not accepted by Writelog, as originally stated. I just typed
in VI for section, and it was accepted and scored with two points (not 5) and
credited as a multiplier.
Since the Cabrillo file will be rescored by the ARRL, I wouldn't get too
worried about it.
