[WriteLog] cq ww rtty m/s bandchanges

cq ww rtty rules says:
multi-single
"Limited to 6 band changes in any clock hour (0 through 59 minutes)"

does it mean that when a new hour starts writelog's bandchange calculator
should reset?
now writelog shows bandchanges in last 60min but not in last "clock hour"

any opinions?

it isn't funny if we are running in multi-single, doing it all wrong, and
then we are in multi-multi :(
