[WriteLog] SARTG scoring

Actually, I used WF1B, not Writelog, for this contest but with the same 
results.  I just checked the rules to be sure, and all US QSOs should be 5 
points, not 10.  My only 5 pointers were with other "W2" calls (W2YE/W2YC).  
Also, I guess from a late reading of the rules I should have signed W2YE/4, 
but didn't.
