[WriteLog] Confused

I just upgraded to WinXP Pro and need to reinstall Wriitelog.  I have a
whole bunch of files - all the upgraded, etc. as they came along.  The last
one labeled to indicate an full install is 10.18.  Is that where I start?
Then which ones of the updates to I apply?  The latest says it only works
with 10.22.  I have 10.22patch, and something for 10.2x on to 10.30.  I'm
really confused as to what I do.  Do I do each in sequence or only the
latest after 10.18 and the 10.22 patch???
