Added NCJ RTTY Sprint buffer examples.
Added a detailed explanation on the Super Check Partial
function of WriteLog and how to set the Dta file.

I added the Super Check Partial information before I realized
that Scot, K9JY, already had a good explanation on his website.
Mine goes into a little more detail and is geared slightly toward
RTTY operation.
