Wayne, Simply put, Microsoft has figured out how to do what has always been the thing that should have been done all along. A copy of software is like a book. You cannot read the same book in two or more places at the same time without owning multiple copies of the book. Software works exactly the same way. To do it any other way (like putting the same OS on multiple computers with a single disk) is what they call software piracy. That includes Writelog as well. Software developers spend thousands of hours developing the stuff we use everyday and for the most part people steal their work by putting multiple copies of the same disk on diferent PC's. That is wrong and should not be done. Hope this explains it. 73 Thom WI8W |
